If we are to consider some exclusive models for our articles, then is no doubt we will come in touch with the DNA Collectible's releases, because this is the brand philosophy, to create scale models never did before, with a high end standard of quality. Right now, thanks to their courtesy, I have in front of me one of their last releases, a remarkable piece, that took all my attention and love from the first photos posted on their official page. Is the Audi A1 Quattro, the last from a gorgeous Audi series, some of them already reviewed here at Playcars. I can't be more enthusiast and I really want to share this experience with you, because this is a truly remarkable piece.

I'm happy to start speaking again, about the fabulous package and the plexiglass base that will make your model looks even more high-end. There is a resin model inside, but away to be fragile and along with one of the best protection package in the business, gives you no worries since you order in the online shop https://www.dnacollectibles.com/products/audi-a1-quattro to the moment when it will arrive to your home.
The model is just fabulous, already helped by the interpretation of a great car from Audi and I need to say, is clearly visible how the DNA's team is improving their standards with every new model released. Our scale replica is great reproduced, very precise in every single part, with realistic details if I look to the shut lines, lights and every single part of the body. But, let's take a detailed tour of the scaled Audi A1 Quattro. The paint job is perfect and there is no trace left from the ensemble process, all the separate pieces come in place perfectly, every thing comes smooth and perfect aligned with the rest of the body.

The lights are highly detailed, providing visible LED straps and right colored segments, a very close reinterpretation of the real parts. Every detail in the front area follows step by step the deseign of the real car: perforated grill for the main and traditional Audi grill, moulded Audi logo, finished in a perfect chromed piece, the Quattro badge on the grill and even a visible radiator behind it. I'll mention for the ones in doubt, the closed grills on lower section are the same on the real car, too. The beautiful detailing is continuing on the rear side with true to the real lights, metallic photo etched logo and lettering and not at least a separate developed final exhaust system.

I really enjoy the way the roof spoiler is looking and the new windows frame, designed to better keep the windows in place and avoid the usual issue of the unglued pieces. Must remember here some subtle details, hard to observed on a first contact: the Quattro inscription on the base of the rear pillars, the photo etched metallic parts used to replicate the door lock and the turn lights included in the exterior mirrors.
At the wheels level everything goes at high levels and the tribute rims of the 80's counterparts were made exemplary. Are maybe, the eye catcher on the car exterior and could not look better than that. The central pieces, that fix the wheels, were detailed with a separate photo etched logo and the Quattro lettering around and keep in the same time, even hard visible from the exterior, a complete brake system.

Moving along to cockpit, the manufacturer proves his experience in making fine and detailed interiors on a resin made model car. There are high qualitative materials and a lot of precision in making and detailing every single piece. The floor is carpeted and the seat belts are fabric made, the dash board is clearly visible and all the switches were individually marked. I enjoy the metallic logo in the center of the steering wheel, the gear box shift strongly detailed to remember the original and the air vents grilles keeping an cut trough effect for more realism. The rear windows are dark tined and on the wind shield the sensors area was replicated as well. Not last to be mentioned, but to prove the dedication to create the best replicas, the sport aluminium pedals were created by metallic photo etched pieces in a place were not many will pay attention. Great crafting guys, honestly!

The A1 Quattro would be a great addition for any collector, because is truly a great made model car. DNA Collectibles collection is an unique experience and with every new model the things come better and better. At least, this is my belief, after several reviews and photo shooting for this brand, more than that enjoying so much to be part of this experience.
